For the Parquet flower shop we transformed the traditional Baskerville typeface into a florid font to use in certain communication elements and media. The composition is entirely in uppercase to facilitate a more orderly and solemn application.

Typography for the exhibition Apropa’t a la Ciència (‘Get Closer to Science’). There are endless font libraries on the market, but when no existing font has quite the right character, we design a special one. In this case, the strong character of the exhibition space designed by Gustavo Gili – featuring tubes and a modular structure – led us to seek a typography that would fit in and convey the air of research and innovation that characterises the exhibition. The font designed especially for the exhibition is a fusion of cursive letters (the type used in handwriting) and technical letters, formed by straight, pure lines. The result is a font that’s easy to read (very useful for the catalogue and booklet), consonant with the exhibition space (due to its modular conception), and has a strong character (it’s unique).
